End of Support for the Past Products

This is a notice of end of support for the past products.

2. Details

We regret to inform you that due to difficulties in sourcing parts and other factors, we will no longer be able to provide stable service for E Series. As a result, support for this product will officially end on March 31, 2030. Please note that support for some parts that are currently in stock and available, shall no longer be supported after stocks run out.
In addition, the support for the upgraded CMH Series will also end on March 31, 2030.
We wish to reconfirm that the support for MH Series and CMH Series has been discontinued, as noted in past announcements.
Also, we wish to reconfirm that the upgrade support for CMH Series has been discontinued, as noted in the past announcement.

3. Information Concerning Replacement Models

We propose switching to G Series, to replace E Series. G Series is a successor lineup that boasts superior machining performance. If you are considering making the switch, please feel free to consult our sales representative.
