Overview

This model offers process consolidation using a servo-controlled mechanical-type double expansion and air in-process measurement.

As we celebrate our 50th anniversary in honing machine development, we have taken the technology cultivated over a half-century and have developed a mid-sized honing machine.

It combines high performance and precision with attention to environment-friendly electronic controls while adopting a servo-controlled mechanical-type double-expansion mechanism.

This model allows control over cutting amount and cutting pressure selection, catering to an array of machining needs.

• Mechanical-type double expansion and air in-process measurement achieve highly efficient honing

  Rough processing, finish processing and air micrometer measurement integrate processing allowing for a compact design.

• Adopts a servo-controlled mechanical-type double-expansion mechanism

  Method of expansion can be selected (i.e. fixed depth/constant pressure), allowing processing to suit product characteristics such as hole shape, precision and accuracy.
  Constant pressure expansion makes plateau honing easy.
